Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Style and Comfort. We strive to ensure you love every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Undergarments

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Accessories (unless damaged)

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
